About NovaTech Solutions

Our story

NovaTech was born in Darmstadt, Germany, in 2018. Founders Dr. Markus Vogt and Alina Petrescu met at the Fraunhofer Institute while researching adaptive neural networks for manufacturing.

What started as a research project became a company when a local automotive supplier asked them to fix their failing production line. The prototype they built cut defect rates by 62% in three weeks.

Today, NovaTech employs 340 engineers, data scientists, and industrial specialists across offices in Berlin, Munich, and Cluj-Napoca.

Leadership

Dr. Markus Vogt — CEO & Co-founder. 15 years in industrial robotics. PhD in Computational Engineering, TU Darmstadt.

Alina Petrescu — CTO & Co-founder. Former lead ML engineer at Siemens Digital Industries. MSc in AI, University of Edinburgh.

Thomas Bergmann — COO. 20 years in manufacturing operations at Continental AG.

Dr. Sara Nilsson — VP Engineering. PhD in distributed systems, KTH Stockholm.
